How to Burn Calories at the Office

Meetings or discussions of work while walking
Meeting or just discuss about the projects being handled by your team do not have to sit still in the room. Chat about the job can be done while walking around the area of the building. If the weather is sunny, the meeting while walking can also be done in open space. Of course, the meeting could be done this way in nature rather than brainstorming and meeting presentations that require supporting facilities.

Walking the right way
If your field workers and allow for more frequent walking, use to work out the right way. Walk more quickly in an upright position. Raise your chin and shoulders slightly backward position. In principle, try not to walk away with a bent position. Set breath properly while walking. In this way, you can still get the job done while also burning calories. No need to exercise on a treadmill at the gym instead?

Keep exercising despite travel frequently on business
Take advantage of every time when you are traveling on business. When the flight is delayed, take advantage of the time at the airport by walking around the airport, of course, take with your bag.
